We are an active 55+ waterfront gated community on Old Tampa Bay. We cover 45 acres, with 410 homes and 16 apartments. Our common areas include a spacious club house, heated pool, spa, shuffleboard courts, boat docks and trailer storage area, and a picnic area. There are many activities to keep you busy: billiards, bingo, an exercise room and classes, line dancing classes, golf and bowling leagues, fishing and planned social events.
