Regency Cove - Homes for Lease

There is a three (3) month minimum rental for homes that are are leased, and a twelve (12) month maximum lease. Homes are intended to be occupied by two people, one of whom is 55 years or older. There is a no-pet policy in the park. Persons who lease must be approved, and agree to follow the Rules and Regulations of the park.
